Allow Me to Introduce Our Exciting New Podcast

Allow Me to Introduce Our Exciting New Podcast

Last month (November), I did a thing. My dear friend (and farm mentor) and I took the plunge and launched a podcast! We share a passion for rediscovering the old ways and sharing them with others. We are a couple months into this journey and are blown away by the response. It is fun to get to set aside a time once a week to sit with my friend while we sip tea and chat about all the things we love.

Our goal with this podcast is to inspire others to seek the ancient paths, the old ways, the forgotten traditions and bring them back to life in their own homes. Your ancient path may not involve gardening, but you can still connect with your food and where it comes from. Maybe you want to learn to make bread, or cook from scratch, we can help with that! Maybe you don’t have land yet, but want to start preparing for the future and develop skills that will serve you on your homestead one day, come join us!

As the new year approaches, we have decided to launch a “Standing at the Crossroads Challenge” and I’m excited to share it with you! If you want to learn more about the challenge, go check out this episode for the intro. You can also listen to our January episode here to learn about the first month’s activities.

Our Challenge topics include choosing what to simplify, prepping your garden, eliminating household toxins, eating seasonally, learning about raw milk and local meat, managing your household/calendar, food preservation, herbal medicine, and more! We are excited to learn alongside you and share what we’ve learned.
